IMGA is excited about adapting its multifaceted training philosophy to swimming. No facility in the world is better equipped to help swimmers maximize their performance and potential, in and out of the pool.
IMGA has produced world-class high school, collegiate, and professional athletes for 30 years. Our swimming training will improve starts, turns, finishes, strength and endurance, nutrition and mental discipline, all designed to provide tools and guidance for excellence. We will build speed for short-distance swimmers, endurance for mid- and long-distance, keeping in mind that a good stroke is the key to improving times.
Along with hard training, our swimmers will enjoy training games and lessons in the water as well as out. We aim to develop the whole person, with the result being a skilled, motivated athlete who rises to the challenge of competition and lives well.
