Boys Academy Program
Welcome to one of the most successful college-prep and soccer programs in North America. IMG Soccer is privileged to have consistent and proven success with a pedigree of student-athletes succeeding athletically and academically and being rewarded with college and professional opportunities.
Our new 2011-2012 boy’s academy program will simulate the professional environment with all our boys training in the morning and attending IMG Pendleton School in the afternoon. Soccer training in the morning is unique and allows our players to maximize development, performance and energy. This mirrors all professional and college training and differentiates us from any other youth program. All academics and school electives will be taken in the afternoon and in the evenings the boys will attend physical conditioning sessions 2/3 times a week with IPI professionals.
Our coaching staff strives daily to deliver Quality Instruction within a Competitive Environment and provide all of our student-athletes with the Opportunity to fulfill their individual athletic potential. Athleticism, Strict Discipline, High Work-Rate, and a Winning Mentality are the minimum expectations we have of our student-athletes. By displaying these qualities on a daily basis players will receive the most benefit from the IMG Soccer Academy Developmental System and earn playing time in scrimmages and tournaments. Our Coaching staffs make every attempt to provide meaningful game experience in league and tournament play while maintaining the high status of our program. The challenge for our coaching staff each year is to create a team that can continually compete at a national level and attract the attention of many college coaches, thus enhancing the college prospects of all of our student-athletes.
