Stephen Adair

About:

Born and raised in Hagerstown, Maryland. Attended and played soccer at Virginia Wesleyan College in Virginia Beach, Virginia and received a B.A. in Germanic Foreign Languages and Literature. Most recently I have completed M.E. in Sport Management at Old Dominion University, located in Norfolk, Virginia. My wife Jessica, daughter Mycah, and son Sawyer are very excited to have moved to Florida to be a part of the IMG Soccer Academy.

Coaching Philosophy:

Learn through playing. My ideological attitude exemplifies the need for players to value the importance of team commitment and team contribution. The interest of the team is my priority and is vital in my decision making, conflict resolution, and the deliverance of objective and candid feedback as a soccer coach.
