Eddie Herr Jr. Tournament
The Eddie Herr International Junior Tennis Tournament has served as a springboard to the professional tennis tour for such names as Roger Federer, Maria Sharapova, Andy Roddick, David Nalbandian, Anna Kournikova, Mardy Fish, Xavier Malisse, Marcelo Rios, Jelena Jankovic, and Ana Ivanovic -- to name just a few.
Founded in 1987 by Eddie's grandson (Glenn Feldman) to honor his grandfather for his life's passion and success of bringing the world's best junior tennis players together to compete, the tournament now attracts the top junior players from many nations around the world! From a humble beginning of 100 participants, over 2200 players representing 92 nations applied for the tournament in 2010, which is currently being held at the IMG Bollettieri Tennis Academy in Bradenton, Florida. Over 136 nations have competed in the "Eddie Herr" over the past 20 years, a testament to Eddie's passion and Vision to bring together the youth of the world!

| Directions: | From Tampa International Airport: Follow I-275 South across the Sunshine Skyway Bridge, to I-75 South. Take I-75 South to Exit 217 (State Road 70), Travel west on State Road 70 (becomes 53rd Avenue). No tennis academy in the world better prepares current or aspiring professionals than the IMG Bollettieri Tennis Academy. With 10 worldwide No. 1-ranked players and countless more ATP and WTA players to its credit, the IMG Bollettieri Tennis Academy offers completely customized training programs to players competing in Futures, Challengers and ATP- or WTA-level tournaments. All participants of this tennis training camp must have verifiable ATP or WTA points. Upon arrival, players are evaluated and matched with others of a similar skill level.
Lambert has been with the IMG Bollettieri Tennis Academy for almost thirty-five years. First as a player and then as a coach, Lambert played a major role in the development of the tennis program at IMG Academies. He served as a traveling coach for Monica Seles, Jim Courier, and Tatiana Golovin. Lambert’s playing days were as impressive as his illustrious coaching career. He was a four-year letter winner at the University of Arkansas and went on to a professional career shortly after. He was ranked on the ATP Tour in singles and doubles for three years.
