Williams has worked with many top tennis players in their youth including Maria Sharapova, Tatiana Golovin, and Xavier Malisse. He has been at the IMG Bollettieri Tennis Academy since 1995 having been a head coach and special assistant to Nick Bollettieri. Williams also coordinated a College Placement program at the academy. The program allowed him to network with nearly all of the Division I, II, III, and NAIA tennis programs in the country and place hundreds of young tennis players in college on tennis scholarships.

All participants of this tennis training camp must have verifiable ATP or WTA points. Upon arrival, players are evaluated and matched with others of a similar skill level.
Lambert has been with the IMG Bollettieri Tennis Academy for almost thirty-five years. First as a player and then as a coach, Lambert played a major role in the development of the tennis program at IMG Academies. He served as a traveling coach for Monica Seles, Jim Courier, and Tatiana Golovin. Lambert’s playing days were as impressive as his illustrious coaching career. He was a four-year letter winner at the University of Arkansas and went on to a professional career shortly after. He was ranked on the ATP Tour in singles and doubles for three years.
