Sample Daily Schedule:
| 6:30-7:00am | Breakfast |
| 7:00-8:00am | Trigger Point Therapy/Pre-Hab/Athletic Training Room |
| 8:00-10:00am | Speed, Movement and Agility Training |
| 10:00-11:30am | Position Specific On-Field Training |
| 11:30am-12:00pm | Regeneration/Cold Tubs/Pool |
| 12:00-1:30pm | Lunch |
| 1:30-2:30pm | Mental Conditioning/Vision Training/Nutrition/Communication (Rotates daily) |
| 3:00-4:45pm | Physical Conditioning/Strength Training (Proper firing patterns, Force-rate development, Stability and propulsion, etc.) |
| 4:45-5:30pm | Regeneration* |
| 5:30-7:00pm | Dinner |
*Every third day of training features an hour long regeneration massage or yoga as well as aqua therapy and regeneration.

Lorean Seagrave - Dynamic Speed Coach, IMG Performance Institute
Seagrave is one of the most renowned speed coaches in the world. In 1998, he began working as a speed and conditioning coach with the Atlanta Falcons during the off-season training program, and helped propel them to the Super Bowl. Some of his NFL pupils include Eddie George, Mo Lewis, Dorsey Levens, Tyrone Poole, Marco Coleman, Willie Clay, Terrell Davis, Tony Romo, Roy Williams, Marc Columbo, and Herschel Walker.

Weinke went on to win several major awards in 2000, including the Heisman Trophy, while finishing his career with a 32-3 record and as the FSU record-holder for career passing yards and career touchdown passes.
