The IMG Madden Football Academy provides a first-class learning environment and staff devoted to teaching basic fundamentals and proper techniques at each position.

Each camp will be led by expert coaches.  Our philosophy is to build each athlete from the ground up with an initial focus strictly on footwork.  From there we will transition into physically and mentally challenging you through classroom education, position-specific drills, and structured game stimulation.  All activity on the field is filmed and ready for review.

Throughout your camp experience, you will enjoy a fun, safe training environment aimed towards providing you the ultimate football experience. Coupled with the IMG Performance Institute, you will leave with a better understanding of daily preparation, a higher confidence level, and skills necessary to fulfill your potential.

Every camp, regardless of length, features a Core football training program that includes football instruction plus group physical conditioning and mental conditioning with performance specialists. TOTAL ATHLETE training programs are designed to help facilitate increased development and higher performance with one extra hour per day of small-group training in the following: mental toughness, nutrition, speed/movement, communication and vision/reaction.

Football Camp Details:

• Dartfish video analysis to teach proper  technique
• Train in groups of 8 or fewer
• Available to athletes of all skill levels ages 10-18
• Quarterbacks are taught the proper fundamentals and techniques of footwork, ball handling, placement of the ball as well as pre and post snap reads.
• Running Backs learn the proper fundamentals and techniques of ball handling, foot work, blocking and route running. They will also be taught what to look for pre snap, how to properly pick up a blitz and pass catching skills.
• Wide Receivers/Tight Ends learn the proper techniques and fundamentals of alignment, steps/depth on individual and combination routes, pass catching skills, and releases off the line of scrimmage.
• Offensive Lineman will learn proper fundamentals and techniques of stance, run-blocking, pass protection, and combination blocks
• Defensive Lineman will learn proper fundamentals and techniques of stance, pass rush skill, gap control, and tackling
• Linebackers learn the proper technique s and fundamentals of shedding blocks, tackling, and correct positioning in man to man and zone coverage.
• Defensive Backs learn the proper fundamentals and techniques of foot work, ball skills, tackling and man-to-man and zone coverage
• Kickers will learn proper fundamentals and techniques of leg swing, ball striking, long distance kicking, and accuracy
• Players participate in structured 1-on-1/2-on-2/7-on-7/11-on-11 Competition
• Receive physical conditioning, vision, mental conditioning, and nutritional group sessions from IPI specialists
