Each week is a stand-alone training camp with instruction in all areas of the game of lacrosse; however, each week also has a separate teaching emphasis from the week before. Athletes can gain a great deal from attending for only one week, but we recommend a full three-week training series or more to receive maximum benefit from our instruction.
