Girls Lacrosse Camps
The rules, techniques and coaching of girls lacrosse differ greatly from the boys side. Shouldn't you attend a camp that is specifically customized for girls lax players?
Offered in a 1, 2 or 3-week summer camp from July 18-July 28 (please inquire for availability at other parts of the year), the IMG Lacrosse Academy girls lacrosse camps feature a core lacrosse program that includes position-specific instruction from coaches with extensive experience coaching girls lacrosse, scrimmages, strategy sessions in the classroom and lacrosse-specific physical and mental conditioning programs developed by IMG Performance Institute specialists.
Every girls lacrosse camp, regardless of length, features a Core girls lacrosse training program that includes lacrosse instruction plus group physical conditioning and mental conditioning with performance specialists. TOTAL ATHLETE training programs are designed to help facilitate increased development and higher performance with one extra hour per day of small-group training in the following: mental toughness, nutrition, speed/movement, communication and vision/reaction.
