For the world’s top athletes, training camp isn’t when workouts begin. Training camp is the first stage to showcase the dedication that you showed during the offseason to become stronger, faster and more explosive than the competition.
This season, return to your NFL team ready to make an immediate and dominant impact. And no facility in the world can help you remain at your peak than the IMG Performance Institute (IPI). Located on the all-encompassing, 400-acre IMG Academies campus, IPI is set up to fully cater to the professional athlete’s goals and needs. With deluxe housing, fine dining, cutting-edge training facilities and equipment, world-class fields, injury prevention/recovery specialists and full-service spa, IMG Academies provides the ultimate training environment.
In the case of a work stoppage, our program is designed to simulate the appropriate volume of training that will optimize the conditioning of NFL veterans and prospects alike. When play resumes, you will return ready to perform at a peak level.

IPI’s NFL Offseason Training Details/Benefits
- World-class fields and facilities (10,000 square-foot weight room, pristine grass fields, turf field, multiple turf/composite tracks)
- Position-specific, on-field training with former NFL players and coaches
- Position-specific strength and speed training (increase strength and on-field power, linear speed, multi-directional agility, functional movement)

Chris Weinke
One of the most decorated high school and collegiate athletes of all time, Chris Weinke became a legend in the state of Florida after helping lead Florida State University to its first undefeated season and second national championship in 1999.

Trevor Moawad
From the sideline to the boardroom, IMG Performance Institute (IPI) Director, Trevor Moawad (click to see ESPN video of Trevor speaking to the University of Alabama football team), has received worldwide acclaim for his involvement in the field of mental conditioning and peak performance education. With a focus on total athletic and personal development, IPI consists of eight disciplines: Physical Conditioning, Mental Conditioning, Communication, Nutrition, Vision, College Advantage, Life Skills and Athletic Regeneration.

Jeff Dillman
In today’s athletic world, becoming stronger, faster and more powerful requires an in-depth knowledge of the correct training program for each individual athlete. As the Head of Physical Conditioning at IMG Academies, Jeff Dillman oversees all strength and conditioning programs for all of the youth, adult, collegiate and professional athletes who train at the Academy.

Steve Shenbaum
A classically trained actor and comedian, Steve Shenbaum has successfully transferred key performance concepts like improvisation, presentation skills, social confidence, and humor into communication and media training for the athletic and corporate environments. He currently serves as Head of Communication by game on at IMG Academies.

Loren Seagrave
Seagrave is one of the most renowned speed coaches in the world. In 1998, he began working as a speed and conditioning coach with the Atlanta Falcons during the off-season training program, and helped propel them to the Super Bowl. Some of his NFL pupils include Eddie George, Mo Lewis, Dorsey Levens, Tyrone Poole, Marco Coleman, Willie Clay, Terrell Davis, Tony Romo, Roy Williams, Marc Columbo, and Hershel Walker.
