Register today for IMG Speed Training Camps!What do Olympic gold medalist LaShawn Merritt, Angelo Taylor, and the owner of the fastest 40 yard dash time at the 2012 NFL combine have in common? They all train at IMG Academies and now you can too! This summer, we are offering two Three-Week Speed Training Camps that are designed to provide track and field, football, soccer, tennis, lacrosse, baseball and basketball athletes exposure to high-intensity training at the highest level, while providing immediate feedback and education through the use of video technology. The speed curriculum is developed by Loren Seagrave. Seagrave is a master trainer in the art of speed and movement and has coached numerous Olympic and World Champions including two time gold medalist Angelo Taylor, LaShawn Merritt, and Stephen Hill (ran the fastest 40 time at the 2012 NFL Combine). 

2012 Three-Week Speed Training Camp Dates

  • June 17th - July 7th
  • July 29th – August 18th

*If you cannot attend the three week series, one or two week options available.

Speed Camp Benefits:  

  • Athletes will become faster and more explosive in their sport

  • Through the IMG speed curriculum, headed by Loren Seagrave, athletes will learn the advanced technical model of sprinting that no other facility uses

  • Athletes will learn the fundamental building blocks of speed mechanics and how to improve their speed to gain the competitive edge in their sport through the use of video analysis and elite coaching.
