Speed Training
IMG Performance Institute’s comprehensive Speed Camp is geared towards facilitating increased speed and developing an athlete’s understanding of how the body moves. Each athlete will be evaluated and a customized, individualized program focused on efficiency and maximum muscle recruitment will be created with the goal of increasing speed and agility. Take your speed to new levels and also gain experience in mental conditioning, nutrition and athletic regeneration to become the TOTAL ATHLETE.

Speed Camp Details:
- Work with world-renowned speed coach, Loren Seagrave
- Speed Camp is geared toward working to get faster, no matter your current ability
- Focus on general movement concepts including Multi-Directional Movement, Initial start, and Top-End speed
Additional TOTAL ATHLETE sessions include:
- Mental conditioning
- Nutrition
- Athletic regeneration(sports medicine body evaluation & massage)
