Summer Performance Camps
Champions are made in the offseason. This summer, reach your potential of becoming the TOTAL ATHLETE with an IMG Performance Camp. Utilizing many of the same training techniques that IPI experts have used with the world’s top athletes, you can become stronger, faster, more confident and mentally tough.
Camps are offered every week of the summer for athletes of all ability levels (age 8-22). With IMG Academies’ energetic and global feel, on-campus activities and supervised off-campus trips, this could be your most fun and most productive summer ever!

- Open to athletes of all ability levels age 8-22
Two physical components per day:
- Movement and agility
- Strength and conditioning
Two Performance sessions per week of each of the following:
- Mental conditioning
- Nutrition
- Vision Training
- Communication and media skills training
- Athletic Regeneration (sports medicine body evaluation & massage)
- Life Skills Training

Check-in:
All sessions require a Sunday check-in, depart on Saturday. A three-week training block produces optimal results.

| 4:00-5:00pm | Performance Discipline (Mental Conditioning, Nutrition, Communication, Vision, Life Skills, or Athletic Regeneration) |
