All IMG Performance Institute camps feature a core Performance program that delivers a customized, sport-specific program that focuses on developing THE TOTAL ATHLETE, which we define as an individual who utilizes all performance disciplines to maximize his/her potential in sport and life. The core program includes daily strength/conditioning and movement/agility training, plus two sessions per week for each of the following: mental conditioning, nutrition, vision training, communication training, athletic regeneration and life skills training.
