Performance Packages

Adult Mini Week (3-Day)  
The Mini Week is designed for the individual whose schedule does not permit a full week of training.  Within our three-day camp, expect to be energized and educated. Receive valuable take-home tools in each of the six performance disciplines that are critical to meeting your goals and exceeding the athlete in you.  

The Full Week (5- Day)
is for the individual who wants to experience everything our Performance camp has to offer.  With five days of high intensity training designed to improve the total YOU, leave with the skills, knowledge and motivation to be the athlete you can be.

Designed for the adult whose schedule does not permit a three- or five- day schedule, but who is passionate about improving their body, mind and spirit.  Programs are available on a half day and full-day basis five days of the week.  Create your own program today.
