Sport Specific Training Camps
All IMG Performance Institute camps feature core Performance training that delivers a customized, sport-specific training program that focuses on developing THE TOTAL ATHLETE, which we define as an individual who utilizes all performance disciplines to maximize his/her potential in sport and life. The core sport specific training program includes daily strength/conditioning and movement/agility/speed training, plus two sessions per week for each of the following: mental conditioning, nutrition, vision training, communication training, athletic regeneration and life skills training.
