Kei Nishikori raising money for Japan earthquake and tsunami victims.
IMG Bollettieri Tennis Academy pro Kei Nishirkori has been working with the Red Cross to raise money for those affected by the earthquake and tsunami in Japan. You can help by going to www.tennisaceauctions.com.

JR Murphy moves up to Low A!
John Ryan (JR) Murphy, Class of 2009, former star of the IMG Baseball Academy Team, and now a member of the New York Yankees baseball club is moving up to play for the Yankees' minor league affiliate, the Charleston Riverdogs in the South Atlantic League.
We are rooting for you, JR!

Boggs nominated for Senior Class Award
Zak Boggs, an IMG alumnus and soccer player from the Class of 2005, has been nominated for Lowe's "senior CLASS award" as 1 of 20 nominees (10 male and 10 female) out of 175 possibilities. A Forward on USF's soccer team, Zak has achieved a great deal since leaving Pendleton. CLASS stands for "Celebrating Loyalty and Achievement for Staying in School." Zak was nominated not only for his soccer accomplishments, but also for his grade point average (4.0) and extra-curricular activities, which include several community service involvements.

Natalie Sheary, wins the Women’s ACC Championship
IMG alum and Wake Forest sophomore, Natalie Sheary, entered into the final round of the ACC Championship with a one-shot lead over three-time defending ACC champion Amanda Blumenherst of Duke. Natalie won on the first playoff hole to win her first ACC Individual Title.

The IMG College Planning and Placement Center works with all students including post-graduates to create an individualized roadmap to reach their goal of studying and playing their sport at the collegiate level. This work begins upon a student’s entry into high school (grade 9) and incorporates families, coaches, and university admissions and athletic staff in their efforts.
