Requesting a Letter of Support for Tourist Visa
If you are the parent of a student attending the IMG Pendleton School, we will issue you a letter stating your child’s name and dates of enrollment in order to support your case at the Embassy. Please email Chris Locke at chris.locke@imgworld.com stating your name as it appears on your passport, your child’s name as it appears on his/her passport, his/her dates of enrollment, and any other information you wish to make known. Please allow 3 business days for the letter. The letter will be emailed as a color PDF that you can print out and take to the Embassy.
If you are a visitor, including camp participants, and you have already made a reservation and deposit with IMG Academies, we can issue a letter stating your name, the dates of your reservation, and explaining what the participant will be doing at IMG Academies. Please allow 3 business days for the letter. The letter will be emailed as a color PDF that you can print out and take to the Embassy. You must submit this request to your Sports Advisor OR forward the confirmation email from IMG Academies confirming your participation to chris.locke@imgworld.com. Please allow 3 business days for the letter. The letter will be emailed as a color PDF that you can print out and take to the Embassy. Due to rising costs in postage, IMG Academies will no longer Express-Mail tourist visa letters to international participants.
IMG Academies can issue factual letters but cannot go into details regarding your character or your intentions in the USA. However, we will do our best to guide you through the Embassy process and to answer any questions you may have. Please do not hesitate to contact chris.locke@imgworld.com with any concerns or questions.
If your visa is denied, please contact us if you plan to re-apply so we can discuss any specific Embassy situations.

The IMG College Planning and Placement Center works with all students including post-graduates to create an individualized roadmap to reach their goal of studying and playing their sport at the collegiate level. This work begins upon a student’s entry into high school (grade 9) and incorporates families, coaches, and university admissions and athletic staff in their efforts.
