Student Ambassadors
Our students take pride in their IMG community. They are eager to share their experience with prospective students and families. Students in grades 8 through 12 can volunteer to participate in the Student Ambassador program. Each year, a select number are chosen to spend one free period each week helping the Admissions Office, and the student-athlete advisors welcome new families to campus. They give tours and answer questions.
In addition to volunteering time during the school day, Ambassadors host a question and answer session at each Open House and help with events such as Middle & Upper School Orientation Days.
The Ambassadors are selected based upon their interest in the program, their willingness to talk to others about their time at IMG, and the other activities in which they participate. They must also be recommended to the program by the Assistant Headmaster or two faculty members. Our Ambassadors represent a variety of different backgrounds and are all eager to welcome visitors and to share their IMG experiences.
The Ambassador Program is coordinated by Sabra Pacheco, Director of Admissions of the IMG Pendleton School.

The IMG College Planning and Placement Center works with all students including post-graduates to create an individualized roadmap to reach their goal of studying and playing their sport at the collegiate level. This work begins upon a student’s entry into high school (grade 9) and incorporates families, coaches, and university admissions and athletic staff in their efforts.
