NCAA Eligibility
As the largest and most premier student-athlete facility in the world, IMG Academies has developed a close relationship with the National Collegiate Athletic Association. Our staff in the College Planning and Placement Center facilitates eligibility education programming and services that are aimed at the core of what is needed in order for a student to be deemed eligible to play collegiate sports by the NCAA. This includes academic certification, recruitment ethics and policies, as well as monitoring amateurism status and activities. Our staff also serves as a resource for the coaches and staff at IMG Academies to ensure that our students are in compliance with the demands of the NCAA.

This work begins upon a student’s entry into high school (grade 9) and incorporates families, coaches, and university admissions and athletic staff in their efforts.
