Weekly Soccer Camps
The IMG Soccer Academy weekly girls soccer camps follow our core soccer training regimen and schedule that parallels our Girls Academy Program, where players of all ability levels aged 12-19 work on technical, tactical, physical, and mental aspects of soccer. The IMG Soccer Academy weekly girls soccer camp provides the opportunity for individualized training and recognizes the importance of moving beyond the 'one-size-fits-all' approach, to foster the best environment for motivated women's soccer players.
Over the course of the week, morning sessions are divided into three days of technical training and two days of pre-competition training, and afternoon sessions allow students to implement those skills in a game environment. The primary objective is individual improvement with emphasis on making the process fun and enjoyable.
Every camp, regardless of length, features a Core soccer training program that includes soccer instruction plus group physical conditioning and mental conditioning with performance specialists. TOTAL ATHLETE training programs are designed to help facilitate increased development and higher performance with one extra hour per day of small-group training in the following: mental toughness, nutrition, speed/movement, communication and vision/reaction.

Camper Experience
