Clayton has worked at numerous David Leadbetter Golf facilities throughout the world including in Austria, South Korea and England. He's been at the IMG Leadbetter Golf Academy since 2010 and has worked with notable LPGA player such as Na Yeon Choi and Mi Jung Hur. As a junior golfer he was a finalist in 1993 at St. Andrews and was the 1999 North-East-Noth-West PGA Assistants Champion.

Attracting more and more college coaches every day, the IMGA resume site is available to recruiters around the world, as well as to parents and friends of the student. Students have the opportunity to take their game to college. Recruiters have the opportunity to scout IMG Academies’ up-and-coming students. Recruiters can browse student videos to assess skill, view tournament scores, rankings and other academic standings – valuable information for tracking and securing recruits. The site gives coaches the opportunity to see players they may not have known to inquire about. It’s also a simple way to keep parents and friends informed about students’ progress.
