Clayton has worked at numerous David Leadbetter Golf facilities throughout the world including in Austria, South Korea and England. He's been at the IMG Leadbetter Golf Academy since 2010 and has worked with notable LPGA player such as Na Yeon Choi and Mi Jung Hur. As a junior golfer he was a finalist in 1993 at St. Andrews and was the 1999 North-East-Noth-West PGA Assistants Champion. 
Creamer came to IMG Academies when she was 13 years old and has been training here ever since. Her personal coach is IMG Leadbetter Golf Academy Director, David Whelan, and he has been by her side throughout her entire career. 
Monthly Post-Grad Program
The goal of the Post-graduate Program is to improve a player’s scoring ability by combining a competitive atmosphere of self-reliance, responsibility and discipline with unparalleled training of the body, mind and technique.
Nowhere else can a player take a course specifically designed to make them a better tournament golfer. Players can come on a month by month basis to the train in our Post-grad Program that runs Monday-Friday, with an additional half-day Saturday morning. During that time, the player receives the core golf program of instruction on the full swing, short game, putting and specialty shots, three 18-hole rounds of golf at some of the area’s top courses and close work with IMG Leadbetter's experienced instructors.
Every camp, regardless of length, features a Core golf training program that includes golf instruction plus group physical conditioning and mental conditioning with performance specialists. TOTAL ATHLETE training programs are designed to help facilitate increased development and higher performance with one extra hour per day of small-group training in the following: mental toughness, nutrition, stability/mobility, communication and vision/reaction.
This program is designed for students aged 18 and above and you must have a handicap of 7 or under.
