About:
Oversees all aspects of the basketball program, and works on court with players at every level of the IMG Basketball Academy. Lead on-court instructor for the NBA pre-draft, summer league, and training camp preparation, and works with college players in the intensive summer training program.
Oversees the development of players at all levels of the full-time program, and is involved in on-court instruction throughout the full-time year with post graduates, high school and middle school players. Works with all players in the full-time program in team, small group, and individual instructional settings. On court instructor for players in the short-time and summer camps.
Currently an NBA analyst for Hoopsworld.com, and writes a weekly column, in addition to hosting an online chat discussing the NBA from a coaching and player development perspective. During the 2008 and 2009 NBA playoffs, worked as an analyst for ESPN.com (Scouts, Inc.), writing playoff series previews and providing individual game scouting reports and analysis.
As a high school basketball coach in both public and private schools, coached numerous state-ranked teams and college bound players. Graduated from Texas Wesleyan College, where he attended on a basketball scholarship.
