By focusing on the individual player, creating a comprehensive training program, and maximizing potential, the IMG Basketball Academy hosts NBA players, college players and professional players at all levels come to the IMG Basketball Academy every summer. Whether it is preparing for summer league, training camp or for an upcoming season, professional players can expect a customized program that's proven to develop talent. IMG has everything a high-level athlete needs directly on campus, from performance experts (physical conditioning, mental conditioning, nutrition, communication) to accommodations and dining so a player can train and improve all offseason without ever having to leave the campus.

Jackson started at the IMG Basketball Academy in 2010 and he is the Head Post-Graduate Coach as well as the Post-Graduate Coordinator. Jackson is dedicated to helping young athletes reach their full potential through perserverance and hard-work. He spent 22 years coaching youth basketball and also trained such players as Sean Dockery (Duke) and Lance Williams (DePaul). Jackson's son, Cristian, is a student at the IMG Basketball Academy.
