About:
Ford worked at the IMG Basketball Academy as an intern before taking on a full-time coaching role with the Girls Basketball Program in 2012. She coaches the IMG Academy girls basketball teams under coach Shell Dailey and also serves as the assistant coordinator for the program. Ford played varsity basketball for four years at the University of Mobile and has played overseas in Italy. She has also coached competitive cheerleading at the national level and owns her own non-profit for youth education in athletics: PRiDE Preparatory Sports Alliance.
