Basketball + English Camps
Boys basketball players who come for camp programs during the academic year will be placed into the on-going, academic preparation Intensive English Program. They will be assessed for their language ability and placed into two classes:
- Core (grammar with integrated listening, speaking and writing)
- Reading and Writing
Basketball + English students will take their sport training/drilling in the morning and then attend English class from 2pm – 4:45pm every day M-F.
The TOEFL/Academic Preparation Camps are only offered during the Winter and Summer Camps.
There are two types of English Winter and/or Summer camps:
- English for Academic Purposes/ TOEFL Preparation (EAP/TOEFL)
- English as a Second Language (ESL)
