The sole responsibility of the IMG Baseball Academy and IMG Pendleton School is to help every player realize his full academic and athletic potential by providing amateur athletes with an environment that encourages and fosters development and growth as THE TOTAL STUDENT-ATHLETE.

With a campus that allows student-athletes to live, train and attend school all on a safe and secure 400-acre campus, IMG Academies offers the ultimate preparation for the future. The Academy Program includes players from multiple states and countries, 98% of whom attend college upon graduation -- often on scholarship.

Our staff consists of coaches who have taught at every level of the game, including MLB, and are dedicated to a long-term athletic development program that can bring students to elite status. With a game schedule that consists of local, state and national competition, daily position-specific training, video analysis, world-class facilities and off-field training with IMG Performance Institute specialists, no program in the nation can match the IMG Baseball Academy.

IMG Pendleton School

With experienced teachers, challenging classes, creative coursework, low student-to-teacher ratios and an encouraging learning environment all in the heart of the IMG Academies' campus, IMG Pendleton offers the ultimate in preparation for college. 

By offering extra evening sessions with teachers, Web-based courses in addition to the "typical" classroom setting, "My Backpack" online program to increase communication between students, parents, teachers and staff, IMG Pendleton fully integrates with the athletic schedule to strike a perfect balance of school and sports.

Program Details

• Designed for students in 6th grade (age 11) and above
• Directed by Ken Bolek, who has coached at every level of baseball from the pros to high school.
• Graduates in the past two years alone have received scholarships/acceptance to colleges like Arizona State, California-Irvine, Connecticut, Elon, Georgia Tech, Harvard, Kentucky, Maryland, Miami, Mississippi, North Carolina-Wilmington and more
• Four graduates in the past two years taken in the MLB Draft, including J.R. Murphy, who was selected in the 2nd round by the New York Yankees
• Position-specific coaching and training, with a staff consisting of instructors with all levels of playing and coaching experience
• On-campus IMG Pendleton School allows our students to differentiate themselves from their peers due to the fact that college administrators understand the rigors of IMG Academies and how it prepares our students for the next level.
• Academic and English Orientation programs are also available for our International Students.
• Focus on comprehensive development of offensive and defensive skills.
• Regimen includes strength conditioning, flexibility, speed, mental efficiency, and nutritional performance programs.

• World-class facilities including covered batting cages with ProBatter Sports simulator.

• Competitive game schedule in both the fall and spring semesters that includes local, state and national competition
• Comprehensive video analysis software used for hitting and pitching mechanics.
• Wood bat training to refine swing mechanics
• Well-planned training regimen to control stress recovery cycle.

THE TOTAL ATHLETE is someone who maximizes his or her full potential across all dimensions of performance. Someone who refuses to sacrifice academics for athletics — or vice versa.

Becoming THE TOTAL ATHLETE, however, takes time and commitment. The earlier a student-athlete enrolls at IMG Academies during his or her prep years, the more time they will have to learn, grow, develop and experience all that IMG Academies has to offer, helping them become confident that they can take on the world during their journey through life.
