2. Once all required paperwork is received, and the Student-Athlete Advisor within the sport says they would like to proceed with the application process, an interview with Sabra Pacheco, Admissions Director, will be arranged with applicant. Ideally this interview would take place during a one-week camp at the Academy. During that time you will have the opportunity to acquaint yourself with our environment by meeting our coaches and staff, participate in your sport program, look at the student housing options and visit the IMG Pendleton School. This experience will allow you to get a feel for the training and lifestyle of our Academy Program students. It will also give you an understanding of the level of commitment we expect from our student athletes. If you are unable to attend in person, we will coordinate a phone or Skype interview upon completion of the application.
3. Notification of decision will occur on a monthly basis. If accepted, a Tuition Enrollment Agreement, Registration and Health Forms will be mailed. The Tuition Enrollment Agreement (TEA) must be returned within the number of days specified on the TEA with the deposit. Completed applications received after July 1st, will be reviewed on a weekly basis depending on space availability.
If you have any further questions concerning our Academy Program or the Tuition Insurance Plan please feel free to call 1-800-872-6425 or email us at admissions@imgworld.com and a staff member will be happy to walk you through the application process.
