About:
Pete comes to IMG after what will be his sixth season as the head coach at Principia College. Prior to Pete’s time at Principia he served as an assistant at Cal State Los Angeles and at Whittier College. Pete has also spent time in the Northeast League coaching professional Independent players. He was drafted as a player in 1994 in the 16th round by the San Diego Padres and spent 9 years between the Padres and Los Angeles Dodgers organizations. Pete was recognized by Baseball America as a two-time “Best Defensive 1st Baseman”.
He also comes from a long line of professional baseball players. His dad John and his uncles Tom and Jim Paciorek all played in the Major Leagues. Uncles Robert and Mike played minor league baseball, as well as his brother Mack and cousins Tommy and Joey.

Since 2006 Jason’s off-field tasks include operational issues such as marketing, sales, scheduling, and contracting as well as a focus on revenue generation. He is currently the coach of the Varsity Team and he is also Commissioner of the Wood Bat Leagues. His on field duties include working with the outfielders, hitters, and baserunners. Jason is a proven leader of successful baseball players at all levels and excels at teaching the game the right way with passion and consistency. Jason received his BA in Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College and a MBA in Marketing from Youngstown State University.
