Benefits of the Cancellation Protection:
- By purchasing Cancellation Protection a registrant is entitled to a full refund for any cancellation made before noon the day prior to check-in.
- The charge for the Cancellation Protection is 10% of the total purchased and applies to all items purchased. This charge itself is non-refundable.
- The cancellation protection must be purchased at the same time the reservation is booked.
Note:
- Once the customer opts for a credit on file (COF), a refund will not be granted.
- COF is good for 1 year and can only be used towards sports tuition.
- Because short time prices will be seasonal, some weeks may be priced higher than the COF amount and some weeks may be priced lower than the COF amount.
- If a COF is applied against a more expensive week or program, the customer must pay the difference in program fees.
- If the COF is applied against a less expensive week or program, a refund will not be permitted for the unused balance.
