IMG Academies houses boarding students in three areas on campus.  Careful consideration is given with regards to placing your child into his or her housing environment. We always match student athletes based on gender first and age second. 

The first housing area is our Main Campus Housing and it is centrally located in the front of campus. It is where we typically place our younger students. 

Secondly, our Champions Walk Housing is located behind our tennis courts, and many of our male students are currently housed in this area.  This area includes standard housing as well as limited opportunities for parents to purchase Upgraded Housing.

Thirdly, our Academy Park Villa Housing is located behind our baseball fields, and most of our female students are currently housed in this area.  This area includes standard housing as well as limited opportunities for parents to purchase Upgraded Housing.

Main Campus Student Housing

• Traditional apartment-style living
• 6-10 students per apartment
• 3 bedroom/2 bathroom

• Shared closet space with approximately 3 ft. of hanging space
• Shared common living room area includes couches, TV, refrigerator and table/chairs
• Basic housekeeping service

Champion's Walk Student Housing

• Traditional apartment-style living
• 4 -6 students per apartment
• 2 bedroom/2 bathroom or 3 bedroom/2bath
• Twin Beds
• One dresser per student
• Shared closet space with approximately 2.5 ft. of hanging space
• Shared common living room area includes couches, TV, refrigerator and table/chairs
• Basic housekeeping service
• Phone and high speed internet service
• Personal locker

Academy Park Villa Housing

• Traditional apartment-style living
• 6-12 students per apartment
• 3 bedroom/3 bathroom or 4 bedroom/3.5bath
• Twin Beds
• One dresser per student
• Shared closet space with approximately 2.5 ft. of hanging space
• Shared common living room area includes couches, TV, refrigerator and table/chairs
• Basic housekeeping service
• Phone and high speed internet service

Upgraded Housing at Academy Park Villas

• Private Room – Live in the privacy of your own bedroom within a 2,000+ square foot villa.  Bedroom comes with queen bedroom suite, TV, dresser and large closet space. Options for either Private Bedroom/Private Bathroom or Private Bedroom/Shared Bathroom

• Shared Room - Share a bedroom with one other student.  Comes with 2 complete queen size bedroom suites, TV, dresser and ample closet space. 
• Ralph Lauren and Tommy Bahama furniture packages
• 3 bedroom/3 bath villa houses 4 students
• 4 bedroom/3 ½ bathroom villa houses 5 students
• 42” Plasma TV and DVD in the living room
• Full use of kitchen with dishwasher and microwave/large laundry room
• Housekeeping service including change of bed linens
• Large lanai conveniently located off kitchen
• Ceiling fans throughout
• Garage storage for bicycles, sport equipment and personal lockers provided

Upgraded Housing at Champion's Walk

• Private Unit - 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment with kitchen living room and dining area
• Private Bedroom/Shared Bath - 2-bedroom, 1 bath apartment. Student maintains their own private bedroom and shares the common areas and bathroom with one other student.
• Queen sized bed
• Living room area includes couches, TV and table/chairs
• Full use of kitchen
• Lanai or patio
• Ceiling fans
• Phone and high-speed internet
